I grew up in Fremont — went to school here, raised my family here, and still live here today. That's not a marketing line. It's the reason I understand these neighborhoods differently than an agent who moved here five years ago to chase the market.

Real estate wasn't a career I fell into. I came from quality engineering and project management — fields where details matter, timelines are non-negotiable, and "close enough" isn't good enough. I brought that same discipline into every transaction I've been a part of, and it's shaped how I approach everything from pricing strategy to negotiation to keeping a deal on track when things get complicated.

My practice covers both sides of the Bay. The East Bay — Fremont, Ardenwood, Glenmoor Gardens, Newark, the Tri-City area — is where I have the deepest roots and the longest track record. The Peninsula — Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Sunnyvale and surrounding communities — is where my office is and where I'm actively growing. For clients moving between the two, I'm one of the few agents who genuinely knows both sides of the water.

For sellers, I focus on precise positioning and qualified demand — not just the fastest offer, but the cleanest path to a successful close. For buyers in competitive situations, I build offers that are structured to win without overexposing you.
